Sierra announced Horizon for agents that pursue multi-day, week, or month outcomes such as loan origination and healthcare prior authorisation, with a context engine and outcome-based pricing.
Sierra is selling work that finishes over weeks (loans, prior auths), beside the six-minute phone call it already ran.
